The Samaritans of Singapore office is located at Outram park. It is a less than a half an hour walk from the Mass Rapid Transit station to the office itself. As this is our very first time visiting the Samaritans of Singapore office, my group mates and I had a very hard time finding our way there.
Along our way there, we referred to the map outside the Mass Rapid Transit station many times, trying to figure out which is the correct direction to go, we asked many people for directions and few really know where is the office located.
Somewhere near the office, there is a signboard pointing towards the direction of the office. We followed that direction and we have to pass by some HDB flats before reaching the office.
Upon reaching the office, we requested to take a look around the office. There are a few rooms for face-to-face counselling, and a few rooms for activities and events to be conducted. The phone room for the volunteers to answer calls are is out of bounds as the identities of the volunteers are confidential.
